The Fieffe Foundation’s website reflected several challenges common with non-profit website. Built several years ago, the website did not clearly communicate the foundation’s mission or all of the programs that the organization was actively doing in Haiti. In addition, the site’s online donation functionality was not user-friendly and seamless; therefore, it created a bad user experience for visitors which negatively impacted online donations for the foundation.

Effectively tell the story of the Fieffe Foundation, build trust and emotional connection with website visitors, showcase how donations are used, and compel people to want to support the non-profit (i.e. make a donation, volunteer, in-kind services).

Website Redesign Results

We built a visually-appealing, easy-to-navigate, responsive website that created an emotional connection with visitors, and clearly highlighted all of the programs that Fieffe Foundation carries out to directly benefit the people of Haiti. Social media integration, event management, e-commerce functionality, and back-end, fundraising and donor management were features included as part of our non-profit website redesign for the Fieffe Foundation. Over a 10-month period post the launch of the new website, the following results were achieved:
