Intelligence Democratized
The analytics capabilities enterprise organizations spend millions to access are now available to a community nonprofit with three staff members. Not a simplified version. The same intelligence configured for your mission.
Mark Duncan — Founder, Aiden Marketing
The Founder's Story
14 years ago I started Aiden Marketing, named after my son, because I wanted to build something that stimulated real growth and provided real value.
As I sat with nonprofit leaders over the last decade, I saw a recurring tragedy. Brilliant missions being stifled by an 847-hour tax. Administrative friction stealing time from the work that actually changes lives. More marketing was not the answer. Liberation was.
That is why I built Aubree, named after my daughter. The world's first Philanthropic Intelligence Platform. Smart, adaptable, and purpose-built to scale social impact.
Not just software. An AI Agent Workforce designed to take the cognitive load off your team so you can return to the heart-work.
This is not a product launch. It is a movement to reclaim 2.5 million hours for the people who heal our world.
The Mission
The sector was built on an uneven playing field.
Large, well-funded nonprofits have always had access to the infrastructure that makes scaling possible. Enterprise HR systems. Sophisticated donor management. Analytics teams. Communications specialists.
Small and mid-size organizations, the behavioral health centers, community development nonprofits, advocacy organizations, social service providers, have been operating with hand tools in a world that runs on machinery. Not because they are less capable. Because the machinery was never built for them.
The result is the 847-Hour Tax. An invisible cost paid every year by every under-resourced nonprofit in America. Not in dollars. In hours. In capacity. In impact that never happened because the infrastructure to enable it never existed.
AI levels the playing field. Permanently.
The analytics capabilities enterprise organizations spend millions to access are now available to a community nonprofit with three staff members. Not a simplified version. The same intelligence configured for your mission.
Workflow automation that enterprise organizations implement through six-month IT projects is now configurable in an afternoon by an operations manager with no technical background.
Integrated intake, automatic compliance tracking, donor stewardship systems, content engines. Not adapted for mission-driven organizations. Built for them.
Why This Is Different
The first system that starts with the nonprofit leader's reality and builds from there.
The fit was never your fault. The tools were never yours.
The Implementation Promise
No IT department. No developer. No implementation consultant. No six-month onboarding. No change management project.
If it requires a developer to change a routing rule, it does not belong in your organization. Your operations manager owns it, configured in an afternoon.
Every nonprofit that has ever been burned by a software implementation that required IT was burned by a tool that was never built for them.
Aubree was.
