Maryland Vascular Specialists (MVS), led by the renowned vascular surgeon Dr. Sam Saiedy, has been providing exceptional and caring treatment to patients since its establishment in 1999. At first, MVS only had one location, but now it has expanded to include 15 locations, including 4 endovascular outpatient centers. These locations are spread across Maryland and Pennsylvania.

In 2016, MVS faced a challenge due to the growing marketing efforts of hospital medical systems. As a privately owned medical practice, they struggled to attract new patients at the same rate as before. Their marketing director realized the importance of embracing digital marketing to stay competitive in this evolving landscape. However, MVS lacked the expertise and time to execute digital marketing strategies on their own.

To bridge this gap, MVS partnered with Aiden Marketing, a digital marketing agency. Aiden Marketing was selected to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for MVS. The main goals were to attract new patients and providers, enhance the online presence of the MVS brand, and establish MVS as a trusted authority in vascular care.

They were able to reach a broader audience, increase online brand awareness, and position themselves as a leading provider of vascular care. This partnership has played a crucial role in the growth and success of MVS.

The Marketing Director encountered a significant challenge because of the absence of analytics software on the outdated MVS website. This resulted in difficulty understanding prospect data, which led to ineffective personalized messages. She struggled to identify the specific vascular conditions visitors were interested in or the most engaging channel. The expanding marketing technology stack presented its own set of issues. With various channels such as events, webinars, social media, field marketing, PPC, SEO, and employee referrals, the data became intricate. While utilizing multiple tools can be beneficial for specific tasks, it fails to centralize crucial information.
